Performance of Extracts from The Just Vengeance, Lincoln Cathedral

2026 is the 80th anniversary of the play The Just Vengeance, first performed in Litchfield Cathedral, in 1946. It is the story of an airman who is shot down over his home city of Litchfield. It is a story about Christian salvation. The music for for play was written by the composer Anthony Hopkins. Both music and play will be performed in Lincoln Cathedral in October, with accompanying music by the Cathedral Choir under the direction of Aric Prentice, Director of Music.
